it's not like gay marriage is legal in some but three states. BANNING something that's not even legal in the first place is just uncalled for.

If my husband was in politics and involved in a sex scandal and expected me to stand by him like a mute Stepford Wife I would laugh...and then tell him to watch out in case I went all Lorena Bobbit on his ass when he was sleeping.
