Bill O’Reilly has also been victimized by the selective editing of Fox News. During his debate with Jon Stewart. Fox cut out O’Reilly telling Stewart that FNC’s Shep Smith likes Common.

Here is the video from Media Matters:

After Jon Stewart claims that Fox News hosts seem to move in lockstep, O’Reilly replied, “No not all, I have a completely different take than many of the others do.” Stewart pointed out that Hannity said the same thing as O’Reilly, and Bill-O replied, “Hannity is Hannity. O’Reilly is O’Reilly. Sheppard Smith said to me, I like Common.

Here is the full unedited debate from Fox News.

Fox News actually proved their bias, by editing out Bill O’Reilly’s attempt to point out that not all FNC hosts move in lockstep. Although I am not sure that having one person who goes against the network talking point is the reflection of balance that Bill O’Reilly was trying to present, it is still a point that if Fox News was legitimate news organization they should have left in the show.

They cut O’Reilly’s point about Shep Smith because it didn’t fit the network narrative that Obama is supporting cop killers by inviting people like Common to the White House. Bill O’Reilly was subjected to the same biased editing that Jon Stewart was victim of yesterday on Fox and Friends. There are those loyal Fox News viewers who will claim that Fox is not biased and trying to shape the debate until their dying breath, but here we have a case of Fox News literally shaping the debate through partisan editing.
Fox News cut out something that would help make the network look less biased because it hurt the political message that they were trying to send.
In the totalitarian propaganda world of Fox News not even Bill O’Reilly is allowed to step out of line, or he will find that Big Brother Roger Ailes will make sure that his comments end up on the cutting room floor.

Who Won The Common Debate: Jon Stewart Or Bill O’Reilly?

This week saw the meeting of two of the most opposing voices on television: Fox News' Bill O'Reilly and "The Daily Show"'s Jon Stewart. Unfortunately, the debate was over something of a non-issue (Rap artist Common visiting the White House for a poetry reading) but it was a tense discussion nonetheless.

But let's get down to brass tacks: who really won the debate? If you wander over to Bill O'Reilly's website and click on the poll results for the debate, you might be surprised at what you see. According to O'Reilly's own visitors, Stewart crushed him with a whopping 79% of the vote.
And Aside from declaring O'Reilly's nemesis the winner, there' s something else surprising about this map. Let's see... Yep, every state is red. Shouldn't the number next to Stewart's name be 100%? Or does O'Reilly just need a new graphic to accurately display landslides? Either way, FAIL. We can't wait for their next debate

Going to the site I kinda see what they did. Stewart had the majority in every state so they just colored it red XD Although I'm no math wiz but I still feel the numbers are off anyway
