Alicia Keys and Bonnie Raitt performed in tribute to Etta near the beginning of the show, but that was it.

I didn't hear them say that I thought it was for someone else. Oop, but she wasn't on the slide show

Neither was Don Cornelius. I wonder if you have to be a member of the recording academy to be included in the slideshow. That may explain their absence.
