Krav Maga is awesome. It's good therapy lol. If I'm angry about something all I need to do is go to Krav, and usually the frustration is gone within the first 15 minutes because the warm-ups are so intense. And if not, punching a pad always works. The class really has me pushing myself beyond what I normally would...the other day I did 25 push-ups, without going on my knees! Usually I'm on my knees by number 7 or 8.

The race is in waves from 10am to 4pm. I'm running it with my bf, so hopefully we can get a slot that more towards the AM.

Running in the woods is always awesome, plus the trail running experience is totally different than road/sidewalk. I wish I had more woods access where I am. I admire your ability to get up at 6:30am to run...that is definitely not me haha. I hope you find some good 5Ks to run. Have you ever run a 10K? Or thought about training for one?
