A Square Enix shop. *_* That just reminds me of when I was at places like the the Ghibli Museum, in some of the various shops in the Akihabara district of Tokyo, and the Animate (IIRC) store in Tokyo. So many shiny objects... and only about $350 dollars to last for the 9 days of going on a Japanese language class trip to Japan.
Nope. I ate good enough most of the days, and I managed to control myself in terms of spending since I would've felt massively guilty if I didn't get any souvenirs for the family members that helped pay for me to be able to go. Aside from getting stuff for myself.
It was on the very last day, in Osaka, before we had to get back to the Narita airport- where I had just enough money left to get a cheap dinner for about 99 yen, and still have money for a ticket to get on a Tokyo-bound bullet train.
Ah yes, I spent a bit in the Ghibli Museum, but not as much, maybe 4000 yen there and 16500 yen in the SE shop. Damn them for accepting foreign credit cards, I would have been more restrained with cash lol. I didn't even spend that much at the Pokemon Centre lol. I have 5000 yen left for today whoops lol.
Yeah, I think the only, and cheapest, thing I got at the Ghibli Museum was a deck of playing cards that were Princess Mononoke theme'd. Everything else was too expensive for how much money I (didn't) have.
Ugh yes, Pokemon Centre is awesome. They even play the theme tune in the store, and use the healing pokemon sound for store announcements. It is awesome.
