Yeah, the Republicans only now are starting to unite around Romney, and the fun that is unlimited spending through superpacs hasn't really kicked into high gear yet (although there is already an anti-Obama ad running on TV in my area from some PAC). It's way too soon to start feeling confident.
Which is why I'm voting for Obama. You think I have that much faith in the American people? But that doesn't change the fact that purely from the point of campaigning, Obama's team is legendary and Romney's doesn't know what it's doing. Which was the only point I was making. And I think I'll keep that attitude.
Obama's team is "legendary?" He was elected in the worst year for Republicans in election history and he didn't have a sustained lead until the stock market/Lehman Brothers started to collapse in mid-September. Romney's team will have much of the same staff from Bush's '04 campaign, which from any perspective was probably the best run-campaign in recent memory.
