ETA: While this was in the queue, I looked up this loon. According to his Wiki page, he was a CIA agent. He also makes radio and television appearances and teaches a graduate-level course on Al-Qaeda at Georgetown University. He also participates in conferences on terrorism and national security issues..."

They let him teach at Georgetown??!?!
