They blocked many US and international users from uploading and sharing content. If you had pics up there and you try to post them, the links will show up broken. In order to keep the number of broken links to an minimum, use other photo sharing sites to host your pictures. We can't do much about broken links in past entries, but we can prevent it in the future. If you post a broken TinyPic link, the mods will either reject it if it's in the approval queue or will ask you to edit it. This is not an excuse to hotlink because that is still against the rules.
